Policy version: 2026-10-18. SupplyExtra is operated by EVOASTRA Ventures (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.. These terms explain the platform's role; specific product, service and membership terms should be reviewed before an agreement or payment.
Your account and business authority
Provide accurate account and business information, and use a business workspace only where you have authority to act. Keep sign-in credentials private. Email verification establishes control of an inbox; business identity and service qualifications are reviewed separately. Administrators must use authenticator protection. Other users can enable it from Account & security.
Products, quotations and purchase records
Suppliers are responsible for accurate product details, lawful sale, stock, brand and image rights, tax information and agreed fulfilment. Buyers should confirm the exact variant, unit, pack size, quantity, specifications, price, tax, delivery terms, inspection and return arrangements before accepting a quotation or placing an eligible ready-stock order. A quote request is not a purchase. A private listing draft is not a published offer.
Service providers and client work
Agree the included work, exclusions, delivery time, revisions, price and acceptance criteria in the service workroom. Service publication requires the applicable qualification and package reviews. A saved business profile or document upload does not itself grant a verified status or professional accreditation.
Verification and reviews
A badge describes the evidence and scope reviewed by SupplyExtra. It does not guarantee a product, future performance, government approval, factory inspection or protection of a purchase. Read the dated review information and confirm any certification directly with the relevant issuer. Reviews and public content are subject to moderation.
Payments and memberships
SupplyExtra membership payments cover the chosen software plan. Supplier goods and service payments are separate. Adding your own payment details does not authorize SupplyExtra to collect, hold, split or guarantee those funds. A payment reference entered in a workspace is a record for review, not proof of bank settlement.
Plan price, tax, duration, allowances and refund-request handling are described in Membership terms and shown before membership payment. Memberships do not renew automatically.
Delivery, cancellations, returns and disputes
The parties should agree cancellation, inspection, return, refund and delivery responsibilities before ordering. Use the relevant order or workroom to record a concern and supporting evidence. A recorded dispute or refund request does not itself reverse a payment or guarantee compensation. Rights that apply by law continue to apply.
Connected accounts and preparation tools
External marketplaces, carriers, messaging services and accounting providers have their own access requirements and terms. Connect only accounts you are authorized to use, and review the proposed action before approving it. Drafting, calculations, GST preparation, imported data and generated summaries need your review. Preparing a tax record is not a government filing, and preparing shipping information is not a purchased booking.
Responsible use
Do not use the platform for unlawful or prohibited goods, impersonation, misleading verification claims, unauthorized personal data, malicious files, spam or content that infringes another person's rights. SupplyExtra can restrict access or remove public content while reviewing misuse or an account-security concern. Shared agreements and required business records can remain subject to retention and access controls.
Privacy, retention and support
Read Privacy & data choices for public and private information, connected processing, backups and deletion controls. Changes to these terms should carry an updated policy version. A confirmed transaction keeps its recorded agreement details.
