How SupplyExtra works
Choose what you want to do. Product details and conversations stay connected to the work they belong to.
I want to buy supplies
Find a product, agree the details and follow the order in one place.
Find the exact product
Search products, suppliers or manufacturing capabilities. Check the material, dimensions, pack size, minimum quantity and date of the stock statement.
Ask suitable suppliers for a quote
Start from a product or company profile so its details carry into your request. Review the recommended recipients before sending. RFQ means request for quotation.
Compare and agree
Compare unit price, quoted tax, freight, quantity, delivery target and payment terms. Confirm the exact specification and any required sample before creating a purchase order. Team purchases can require approval.
Receive and keep your records
Follow shipment updates, count the delivered quantities and record receipts. Complete the order when the goods are accepted. Open the issued invoice from Invoices & GST; raise a return or issue from the order when needed.
I manufacture or sell products
Keep a clear catalog, answer relevant requirements and deliver the agreed quantity.
Prepare your business profile
Choose manufacturer or wholesaler details. Submit business evidence and decide which contact details, photos and capability information you want published.
Add your product once
Choose a product type, specifications, images, pack/unit, MOQ and volume prices. Product information and certificates go through review before publication. Keep stock statements current.
Respond and fulfil
Open a buyer request, check the specification and send a dated quotation. Confirm an accepted order, record shipments and respond to buyer messages and issues. A booking reference alone does not confirm delivery.
Review and issue the invoice
Save your tax profile, review the prepared draft, classification, place of supply, freight and tax components, then issue it. SupplyExtra retains the issued snapshot and makes it available to the buyer.
I provide business services
Turn a client brief into agreed work with a clear delivery and acceptance record.
Describe your scope
Prepare your service profile and packages with deliverables, exclusions, price basis, timing and revision allowance. Submit the relevant qualification evidence for review.
Agree the work
A client sends a brief from your published package. Propose the exact scope, fee and deadline in its private workroom. The client accepts the current proposal.
Deliver and resolve
Use the same workroom for messages, files, delivery and included revisions. The client records acceptance. Reviews relate to accepted work; responses and concerns have their own moderation process.
Keep the commercial record
Prepare and issue the service invoice with the correct tax details. Record external payment references separately; the other party confirms them.
Before you agree an order
What does a reviewed or verified badge cover?
Open its scope and date. Business identity review is separate from product certification, factory inspection and service qualifications. A product report applies only to the displayed model and scope. Approval is not a guarantee of quality or future performance.
How are invoices and GST handled?
The supplier reviews and issues the invoice. An order can prepare a draft when the business tax details are ready; a draft is not an issued tax invoice. Calculations use the reviewed classifications, rates, place of supply and amounts entered for the document. If government e-invoicing is required, the signed government result must be imported and verified before that document becomes issued.
Offline GST preparation packs, e-way-bill records and vouchers support review and handover. They are not automatic government filings. Check the status of each document with your accountant.
Who handles payment and transport?
Review the payment and shipping terms on the purchase order. Transport can be supplier-arranged, buyer-arranged or booked through an available authorized platform carrier. A simulated carrier remains labelled as a simulation. Live bookings and payment actions depend on the business account connection and confirmation.
SupplyExtra does not provide escrow or shipment insurance. Recording an external payment reference does not move money.
What if something is wrong?
Open the order or workroom and add the issue, affected quantity and evidence. Keep the discussion in that record so both sides and the support team can follow it. Admin mediation records the next step; it does not automatically issue a refund.
