Data, publication and retention in the local MVP

What is public

Approved supplier catalogs, supplier profiles, manufacturing capability statements, approved service packages, published completed-work reviews and moderated discussions are public. Evidence summaries appear only when the submitting business consents to publication and the document has a current review.

What stays in your workspace

Private SKUs, costs, stock, brand assets, service briefs, support cases, price histories, photo references and settlement reports are available to active business members. Shared purchase orders and service workrooms are available to their participant businesses. Individual marketplace records retain their original account permissions.

Uploads and external services

Files are checked for supported image or PDF signatures and access controlled. Approved catalog images are public. Carrier, channel, accounting, AI and payment demos use local fixtures. Communication previews send no messages.

Product photo matching

Search photos are processed on this server and discarded after matching. They are not sent to marketplaces or paid AI services. Review results stay private to the business, expire after 30 minutes and are removed after a day on the next search or maintenance run. Authorized reference images you choose to index are retained as private business assets. Visual similarity does not verify an exact product.

Retention and export

The maintenance task removes expired sessions, tokens, throttles and old photo-review results. Outdated authentication mail is cleared. Business agreements, audit records, assets and settlement data are retained until an operator applies a reviewed retention policy. No automatic deletion period is promised for those records.

Your choices

Business owners can download a business data export and record a deletion request for an operator to review. You can record or withdraw communication consent. A communication preference does not enable a live sender.
