What you buy

A paid plan provides the stated SupplyExtra software allowances for 30 days on monthly billing or 365 days on annual billing. Annual pricing is 50% less than twelve monthly plan prices. Listing allowances still reset each calendar month, and service-package limits remain concurrent limits. It does not buy goods, supplier verification, guaranteed leads, marketplace approval or third-party data access.

Payment and renewal

Monthly base prices are ₹499 for Starter and ₹1,499 for Growth. Annual base prices are ₹2,994 for Starter and ₹8,994 for Growth. The checkout shows your plan price, applicable GST and total before payment. Payment is a one-time charge. There is no automatic debit or automatic renewal. The business owner can renew the same plan in its last seven days; renewed access follows the current term. Another plan can be selected after expiry.

Allowances and existing records

Your own products on the SupplyExtra marketplace are unlimited on every plan, subject to product review. The external-channel allowances count new drafts created during a calendar month, including imported drafts. Editing an existing draft does not use another allowance. Existing private records remain available when a plan ends. Marketplace publication still requires your separate approval and a supported connection.

Cancellation and refunds

You can stop renewing at any time. To request a refund, open the membership payment in Plans & billing and explain the issue. Refund requests are reviewed; submitting a request does not issue an automatic refund. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Separate transactions

Supplier order values, carrier bookings and third-party charges are separate from SupplyExtra membership fees. Membership payment does not authorize SupplyExtra to collect or split supplier payments.
